8. Unboxing Video Requirement

To facilitate faster resolution of claims relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the contents are fully visible.

While the absence of an unboxing video does not automatically invalidate every claim, Minyka reserves the right to request additional evidence and may decline claims where sufficient proof cannot be established.


9. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Defective Product
  • Product Damaged During Transit
  • Product Lost Before Delivery
  • Order Cancelled by Minyka
  • Duplicate Payment
  • Payment Successfully Debited but Order Failed

Refunds shall not be granted merely because:

  • Customer changed their mind.
  • Customer no longer likes the product.
  • Customer ordered the wrong product.
  • Product colour appears different due to screen settings.
  • Delivery took longer than expected due to courier delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Artificial jewellery naturally changes appearance due to improper use or storage.

10. Refund Method

Approved refunds shall be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Refunds for prepaid orders shall be initiated to the original source of payment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be requested to provide valid bank account details for processing approved refunds.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment gateway processing.


11. Shipping Charges

The standard shipping charge of ₹99 is generally non-refundable.

Shipping charges shall only be refunded if:

  • Wrong product was delivered by Minyka.
  • Product was defective upon delivery.
  • Return is approved due to an error solely attributable to Minyka.

12. Return Shipping

Where the return is approved due to our error, Minyka may arrange return pickup or provide instructions for return shipment.

If the return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers must package returned products securely to prevent damage during transit.


13. Exchange Policy
