Currently, Minyka Artificial Jewellery delivers products only within India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
We reserve the right to modify our shipping locations at any time without prior notice.
3. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable on every order unless otherwise mentioned during promotional campaigns or special offers.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Order Processing
After successful order placement, every order undergoes verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 Business Days.
Orders placed on:

- National Holidays
- Public Holidays
will be processed on the next Business Day.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 2 to 7 Business Days, depending on the delivery location.

6. Courier Partner
We currently ship orders through our trusted logistics partner:

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.
Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts based on their operational policies.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect mobile number
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Inability to contact the customer
the shipment may be returned to us.
Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Mobile number is active and reachable.
- Someone is available to receive the package.
- Delivery instructions, if any, are accurate.

Customers may request modification of the delivery address only before the order has been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address generally cannot be changed.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible serviceable locations.
Minyka reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if:

Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in restriction or permanent removal of COD eligibility for future purchases.

Minyka shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by such circumstances.
13. Delivery Confirmation
An order shall be considered successfully delivered when:
- Delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer;
- Accepted by the customer or any person available at the delivery location; or
- Marked as delivered by the courier partner based on their delivery confirmation procedures.
Risk in the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
14. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears:

- Tampered
- Open
- Incorrect

- Take clear photographs.
- Record an uninterrupted unboxing video.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report issues within the prescribed timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.
15. Incorrect Address
Orders returned due to:

- Incorrect PIN code
- Wrong contact number
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
may require payment of additional shipping charges before re-dispatch.
Minyka shall not be responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
16. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit by the courier partner, Minyka will investigate the matter.
Where appropriate, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Dispatch a replacement product (subject to stock availability), or
- Process a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Customers are requested to cooperate by providing any information reasonably required during the investigation.
17. Partial Deliveries
In rare situations involving multiple products, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
No additional shipping charges shall be applied for such split shipments where initiated by Minyka.
